How is it Free?
We significantly reduce the costs by keeping things as simple as possible (but no simpler) and automating as much work as we can using traditional automation and a sprinkling of AI to do the vast majority of the evalutaion and administration work.
Any remaining cost is funded by The Leadership Continuum, a non-profit organisation whose mission is to transform Britain's economic future through leadership excellence. They believe in doing whatever they can to encourage world class leadership development programme deployment within the UK.
Does my programme have to be leadership development to be accredited?
No. We'll accredit any reasonable programme.
